This is a great campground with miles of saltwater shoreline on Saratoga Passage and Elger Bay. All the amenities such as picnic tables, fire pits, running water, etc. as well as hiking, fishing, swimming, boat launch, clam digging and much more. This is probably the nicest beach on the Saratoga Passage and also has upland forest.

Directions: Drive I-5 north past Marysville and watch for signs. From Utsalady, drive south on West Camano Drive about 10 miles. At the intersection stay right on Lowell Point Road and follow it to the park entrance, about 1 mile.
